PH9 provides class leading phono preamplification for the majority of cartridge and turntable combinations.

A trio of 6H30 vacuum tubes form the core of a simple and clear signal path. A classic Audio Research design, the PH9 revels in the vibrance and vitality with which tube gear excels, yet neutrally portrays the subtlest shadings in cartridge and tone-arm selections with transparency.

Five impedance settings

Five different impedance settings allow for cartridge loading, which can be changed on the fly with the included metal remote. Cartridge impedance, tube hours, auto shutdown, and other features are included in the menu system.
