Solidsteel UL

The UL Series defines a new generation of speaker stands, developed to replace the highly regarded NS Series and further evolve Solidsteel’s approach to mechanical control and acoustic performance.

At the core of the new range are two rectangular aluminium profiles mounted on a precision-engineered steel base plate and topped with two hollow TPU frames. Working in synergy with the MDF top plate, this architecture has been carefully designed to optimize resonance management and improve the interaction between loudspeaker and stand.

The combination of the twin aluminium profiles and the hollow TPU elements enhances mechanical damping between the loudspeaker and the supporting structure, while also achieving effective decoupling between the vertical frame and the base section. This controlled mechanical behavior helps reduce unwanted vibrations and preserves clarity, focus and tonal balance during listening.

With the UL Series, the speaker stand is no longer conceived as a simple accessory, but as an active component within the listening path, directly contributing to the overall performance of the audio system.

The UL Series is supplied as standard with a 16 × 16 cm top plate, while an optional 20 × 20 cm version will also be available to accommodate a wider range of loudspeakers and installation requirements. The range will be offered in two height options: UL-4 and UL-6 (approximately 40 cm and 60 cm).
